Service Description
Coaching is, above all, a voluntary process. It begins with a meeting — a safe, confidential space for open dialogue, built on trust. Together, we clarify your goals, explore what’s holding you back, and identify your inner resources and levers for action. Are you feeling overwhelmed, mentally or emotionally exhausted, tense, stuck, or simply not quite yourself — without being able to explain why? That subtle sense that “something isn’t right” can show up in many forms… and often serves as a valuable signal. Rather than brushing it aside, you can choose to be supported. I don’t offer ready-made answers. My role is to help you gain clarity, broaden your perspective, and uncover your own solutions. How Does It Work? We start with an initial one-hour session to talk and see if we’re a good fit to work together. If we decide to continue, we co-create a personalized coaching journey: 6 to 10 sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours, spaced 1 to 3 weeks apart, over a period of 6 to 8 months. Every journey is tailored to your rhythm and your needs. As a complement to the coaching process, a reflexotherapy session may be offered — allowing the body to release what the mind is processing. This helps anchor the insights gained during coaching, and supports deeper integration.
