Service Description
This holistic meditation session is specially designed for active people. Comprising simple and varied exercises, it helps you slip easily into a meditative state. It offers the following benefits: balanced breathing, cardiac coherence, a calm mind, clarity of thought, centring, peace, vocal presence and improved speech. The session begins in a seated position and ends in a lying position to allow for deep integration and restorative rest before resuming daily activities. Equipment: please bring a floor mat, a seat cushion and water to keep yourself hydrated. Small group activity: maximum 8 participants Language: French. In English on request for organised groups.
