Service Description
This lying-down session promotes physical and mental relaxation and helps release tension. It induces deep relaxation and prepares you for a peaceful night’s sleep. Each session will explore a different theme to help you find inner calm: moments of introspection, wisdom or creativity – all invitations to embark on a journey of mindfulness. Equipment: please bring a floor mat, a cushion, a blanket and water to keep you hydrated; if necessary, an eye mask and socks. Small group activity: maximum 8 participants Language: French. In English on request for organised groups.
